When do I receive my order?
All orders are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed, and you will receive your package within 3-4 business days within Germany.
Please note that problems with the delivery address and similar issues may delay delivery.
Shipping abroad also extends the delivery time. Depending on the destination, custom processes and flight times can cause delivery times of up to 3 weeks.
We will inform you of the exact delivery date via email – keep an eye on your inbox!
Are the pieces limited?
All products in the shop are already produced and in stock. That means everything can become sold out, so do not waste time if you really would like to place an order.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Our logistics center is located in Germany, which means that all orders are shipped from Germany.
We ship to many international destinations, including the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, China, and many more.
Please note that shipping from Germany for international shipments can result in very high shipping costs from the shipping providers FedEx and DHL, over which we have no control. The exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
Can I return my order?
We kindly ask you to shop carefully and not to order multiple items indiscriminately just to return them.
These returns are very bad for the environment and generate high costs.
However, all purchases are of course subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal and can be returned at your own expense.
You can easily request a return via our support team at sayathefox@creator.shop
Our team will then provide you with a delivery address to which you can return your order at your own expense. We will refund the cost of your order immediately.
